You're verified.
Now decide how
you want to be seen.

Your Verith professional profile and this community are kept completely separate, so nothing from there ever crosses over. Here, you go by a name only your community knows. Your legal name, employer, and photo stay with Verith and are never visible to other members.

Who you're hearing from

When someone shares their experience here, you know exactly who you're hearing from. That shared baseline is what makes honest conversation possible.

Reputation over reach

Your standing here comes from what verified peers say about your posts, not from follower counts. When your post reflects something true to someone's own experience, they vouch for it. That signal means something.

03
Spaces for where you are

The community has different boards for different career stages. Start with what's open to all members. As peers vouch for your contributions, spaces designed for your level become available over time.

How vouching works
Vouch
Verified members vouch when a post matches something they went through themselves.
Earn
Each vouch adds a point to the post author's total, shown on their profile.
Unlock
150 vouched points unlocks the Operations Layer, a restricted space for verified operators and top contributors.

Choose your community handle

This is what other members see when you post. It cannot be your legal name, a company name, or another person's name. We generate one for you — you can edit it or pick from the suggestions below.

Pick your community avatar

Your avatar appears next to every post and reply. It has no effect on your tier, your vouched points, or how your posts rank.

Community setup Step 4 of 4

Confirm the community rules

All five are required. These are the only rules. They apply equally to every verified member regardless of tier.

1
No individual names
You may reference companies, roles, departments, and industries. You may not identify specific individuals by name or in a way that makes them personally identifiable.
2
No profanity
All posts must remain free of profanity, including creative substitutions or intentional misspellings intended to work around this rule.
3
Work and career topics only
Verith Community is a professional space. Posts must relate to work, career, or industry. Off-topic content will be removed.
4
Self-promotion within reason
A single post sharing what you are building is permitted. Repeated promotion across multiple threads, or using replies as unsolicited pitches, is not.
5
No solicitation or recruiter outreach
This community is not a sourcing or sales channel. Reaching out to other members to recruit, sell, or pitch them directly is prohibited.
Breaking rules 1 or 2 removes the post and the vouched points it earned. Repeated violations remove community access. Your job verification and Verith profile are separate and not affected.
