Warranty & Repair Technician (Temporary Assignment)

Pay/Shift: $18.66 – $21.53 / 8a – 5p (hours may vary)

Contract Duration:  Mid November – April 2027

Overview:

KLIM / Teton Outfitters is seeking a Warranty & Repair Technician for a temporary, full-time role running from November through April. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work history, solid computer skills, and an interest in design or understanding how products fit and function. The role combines hands-on inspection and repair work with warranty documentation. You’ll review and resolve warranty claims, inspect products, perform basic garment repairs, and help ensure every case is handled accurately, consistently, and professionally.

What you’ll do

• Process warranty claims, repairs, and customer requests from intake through resolution.

• Inspect KLIM products, document findings, and apply warranty policies consistently.

• Keep accurate records and meet quality and productivity expectations.

• Communicate clearly with customers and collaborate with internal teams.

• Flag product safety concerns, defects, and recurring issues.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, written communication, and customer service.

• Sound judgment and the ability to stay composed with challenging customers.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of cases.

• Customer service, warranty, apparel, quality, or repair experience is preferred.

This role works across office, warehouse, and repair environments and may involve lifting up to 35 pounds, handling used or damaged gear, and occasional evening or weekend work.
