Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Chicago that's seeking to hire a Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal with at least 4+ years of experience to join their team. This Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal will be supporting a group of attorneys who handle corporate transactions/M&A, corporate governance & entity maintenance, and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with both corporate and commercial real estate but both is not required. This position is paying between $80-100K plus a yearly bonus and the firm operates on a hybrid WFH schedule (2x WFH per week). In addition, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k (3% match), LT Disability Insurance, and more. Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:Prepare, draft, and file formation and qualification documents for corporations, limited liability companies, and partnershipsCreate organizational documents, including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Operating Agreements and stock certificatesDraft Resolutions for various corporate actionsPrepare and file dissolution documents for all entity typesFile annual reportsMaintain stock ledgers and corporate minute booksObtain EINs for various entity typesManage Registered Agent (RA) relationship and serves as primary liaison with said RAsManage the lifecycle of a Commercial Real Estate transaction, including tracking signatures and deal deliverables, transaction and managing closing documentation, and handling closing mattersFor immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to Justin Rambert, VP - Permanent Placement at justin . rambert @ robert half legal com
