Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00-$32.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00AM-3:30PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator – Tooling? You’ll be:

• Setting up and operating machine tools, including CNC machines, with a focus on tooling production (punches, strippers, dies)

• Interpreting routings, work instructions, and blueprints to complete production orders

• Creating and editing CNC programs, including setting speeds and feeds for tooling production

• Troubleshooting and correcting process-related issues as they arise

• Using measurement tools to ensure quality results and supporting process improvement initiatives

• Performing daily/weekly 5S organization and TPM preventative maintenance tasks

• Operating safely and completing assigned safety training

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience

• Possess excellent skills in mechanical material removal processing (turning, milling, grinding, EDM)

• Are a high school graduate or have an equivalent education

• Are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and proactive in troubleshooting and process improvement
