Temp to hire!

$20-$21 per hour depending on experience

Weekly pay!

Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2:30am

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:30am-7pm*

*scheduled 36 hours/week but will be paid for a full 40 hours as long as you work all 3 full shifts

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and/or tend CNC machines

• Read work orders or blueprints to determine specified tolerances and sequences of operations for machine setups

• Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to product specifications

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and minor repairs as needed

CNC Machine Operator Basic Qualifications (required):

• High School Diploma or GED

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

• 5+ years of CNC machine operation experience

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions

CNC Machine Operator Preferred Qualifications (Preferred):

• Tool and die experience

• Hand polishing or hand finishing experience using small tools and precision techniques

• Experience using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformity to tight tolerances

• Experience reading blueprints

• 2-year technical certificate

• Strong attention to detail

• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity

• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused tasks consistently
