Job Title: Production Associate III/ Warehouse

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Position Type: Full-time, onsite

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 2nd shifts available

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Carol Stream, IL. This role requires skilled operation of powered warehouse equipment and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Use RF devices and warehouse management systems for accurate product tracking.

• Handle products safely and efficiently according to documented processes.

• Assist with tasks across different operational levels as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized workplace and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical warehouse tasks.

• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and noise.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Basic computer and email skills, including Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory cycle counting and warehouse management systems.
