Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect finished glass products with a sharp eye—spot imperfections, damages, and ensure top-notch quality

• Use blueprints, tape measures, gauges, and templates to verify product dimensions

• Play a key part in production—meeting deadlines, overseeing inventory, and supporting your teammates

• Communicate with supervisors and help drive improvements in processes and quality

• Take part in continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives

• Help maintain a safe and organized inspection area—your workspace, your pride!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and respect for teammates

• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (a plus, but not required)

• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive—someone who notices the little things and cares about doing the job right

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
