An accounting intern already handles much of the repetitive work, giving you more room to focus on analysis, problem-solving, and understanding the business beyond the general ledger.💡 What You’ll DoOwn hands-on general ledger accounting across multiple entitiesUnderstand how different legal entities interact and how transactions flow throughout the organizationAnalyze financial activity and investigate discrepancies rather than simply processing transactionsOversee and delegate recurring accounting tasks to an accounting internWork with Yardi and other accounting processes to support accurate financial recordsPartner directly with management and senior leadership on accounting matters and business needsGradually take on broader responsibilities as you develop a deeper understanding of the organization
