WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Cat Compact Sales Representative is a trusted consultant to customers, supporting equipment sales and providing solutions across sales, parts, service, rental, and branch operations. This position is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and market growth through Caterpillar equipment, technology, and Western States services. Responsibilities include, but not limited to processing parts and sales transactions, supporting rental contracts, scheduling and managing service work, maintaining customer relationships, performing basic warehouse duties, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accurate inventory management, including Shop.Cat.Com live inventory.
