Project Manager II

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Project Manager – Implementations. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage complex client onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation of Corpay’s payment solutions. You will report directly to the Manager, Payments Implementations and regularly collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, IT, and Operations.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects involving technology, process change, and cross-functional collaboration

Maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlines

Documenting key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycle

Providing project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders

Traveling to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risks

Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies

Gathering insights from enterprise projects and recommending process improvements for implementation efficiency

Supporting other tasks and projects as assigned

Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts

Qualifications & Skills

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $70,000 - $80,000.
