Kelly Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Returns & Inventory Warehouse Associate to support returns, inventory, and shipping operations. The role requires safely operating a cherry picker and maintaining an accurate, organized work area.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; some Saturdays and overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship Return to Vendor orders; inspect returned products.

• Receive shipments and returns, verify inventory, and process transfers.

• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track and put away materials.

• Sort freight and prepare products for shipment, including hand-wrapping.

• Meet productivity standards while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow warehouse and safety procedures; support the team and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a cherry picker, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.

• Basic warehouse, inventory, computer, and math skills; RF scanner or warehouse system experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Reliable and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
