Engineering Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for overall production flow, production floor layouts, plant equipment, labor reduction efforts, and cost saving initiatives for both current and future programs. This position will oversee the design and development of fixtures and tooling for current processes and future changes. This role will manage the facilities and maintenance department to ensure all facilities, equipment, and vehicles are in proper working order. This position involves collaborating with the cross-functional team to troubleshoot issues and determine the root cause of problems, as well as leading manufacturing engineering support for various problem-solving activities.
