📍 Location: Medical Office Setting - Laguna Niguel, CA
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
💲 $18-$19.05/hour DOE
📅 Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy healthcare team. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an essential part in ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Check in approximately 40 patients per day for appointments and assist with the registration process

• Enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, and other registration data

• Make appointment reminder calls

• Answer incoming calls

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties

• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Team Environment
You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team consisting of:

• Medical Assistants

• Clinicians

• Nurses

Qualifications
✅ Healthcare experience preferred
✅ Strong computer skills
✅ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
✅ Medical Records (MR) experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with EPIC EMR
⭐ Excellent customer service and communication skills
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.05 per hour
