Controller (WA-Bellevue)

Dough Zone USA is a fast-growing, multi-unit restaurant group committed to quality, hospitality, and operational excellence. We are seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and multi-entity financial management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances competing priorities, and partners effectively with leadership to drive financial accuracy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.

• Manage accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple entities and locations.

• Support cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and SOPs.

• Oversee inventory and cost accounting across restaurant operations.

• Coordinate external audits and conduct internal audits as needed.

• Partner with leadership, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment.

• Support multi-state accounting operations and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Restaurant365 (R365), ERP systems, or similar accounting platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Mandarin-English bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Work Location

• Full-time, in-office position based at our Bellevue headquarters (parking provided).

Pay Range: $150,000 - $185,000
