GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Primary responsibility is to effectively perform over-the-phone payment processing functions on a daily basis while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Answer calls in a call center environment and maintain a friendly and professional tone. Accurately and efficiently complete payment transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities. Effectively communicate payment issues and requests to management.
