Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll do

• Assemble electronic or electromechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.

• Complete detailed assembly tasks, including component placement, alignment, wire bonding, and hand soldering.

• Follow prints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Use soldering irons, crimping tools, microscopes, and other specialized equipment.

• Rework and assemble very small components with accuracy and consistency.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in electromechanical assembly and soldering (required)

• Soldering certification (preferred, but not required)

• Comfort using small hand tools for repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• A proactive, accountable approach to learning and working independently or as part of a team

• Availability for full-time hours
