Design Engineer I

The Design Engineer I is responsible for developing and implementing simple to moderately complex new product designs and improving legacy products as assigned. Responsibilities also include completing analyses to support design decision. The entry-level Design Engineer I will be attentive to detail in completing assigned tasks under close guidance of more senior Design Engineers and/or the Engineering Manager. The Design Engineer I will work both independently and in a team environment with Designers, other Design Engineers, NPI Managers, and Test Technicians. Occasional collaboration with other departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Assembly is also required.
