Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support the leasing and marketing activities of a residential or commercial property. This role is responsible for engaging prospective tenants, conducting property tours, processing applications, supporting lease administration, and helping maintain strong occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet prospective tenants and provide information about available units or spacesConduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and leasing termsRespond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional mannerProcess rental applications, collect required documentation, and assist with screening proceduresPrepare leases, renewals, and related leasing documentsSupport move-in and move-out coordinationMaintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and tenant communicationsAssist with marketing and advertising efforts for available propertiesHelp ensure a positive resident or tenant experience through strong customer serviceCollaborate with property management staff on occupancy goals and leasing activity
