The Customer Service role will be responsible for managing high-profile national accounts.  You will serve as the internal primary point of contact for the assigned accounts and partner with the outside sales rep. to support the business.  The ideal candidate will work well independently and, on a team, while exercising discretion and judgement in communicating with customers, understanding their needs.

You will:

Direct national key accounts, partnering with internal pricing, finance, and supply chain teams to manage contract updates, pricing adjustments, and audit compliance

Serve as the primary liaison, orchestrating high-volume order entry, tracking pending shipments, and resolving complex logistics or delivery escalations

Analyze data and provide sales reports to key accounts, sales leadership, and internal departments

Monitor product usage trends and collaborate with sales and purchasing to ensure consistent stock levels for high-demand items

Conduct product and service demonstrations, articulating key features and value propositions to drive client engagement

Drive customer adoption of digital ordering platforms, streamlining the order process and increasing online channel utilization

Staying informed about competing products and services through vendor seminars, trainings Etc.

You have:

Associates' or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant work experience

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in account management, sales, customer service, or related role

Excellent time management skills with a problem-solving attitude

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
