The CNC Machine Operator Trainee position is intended for candidates with no previous experience operating CNC Machinery. The CNC Machine Operator Trainee is a probationary role intended to assess an employees’ abilities to safely operate CNC machining in a supervised capacity. They will be evaluated on their attendance and proficiency in training activities. They must possess basic math skills and meet physical requirements necessary to perform the duties of a CNC Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator Trainee should expect to work in a team environment under supervision of trainers, leads, supervisors, and quality.
