Member Assistance Legal Specialist

Processes, and accurately handles all aspects of accounts in Bankruptcy and Legal status for Member Assistance. Maintains accurate and timely records. Reports the status of legal, Probate and bankruptcy accounts to Member Assistance Senior Staff periodically. Communicates with members and other interested parties in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. In all dealings with the public, members or employees, responsibility or ownership is taken, and pending issues are monitored to resolution. Assists the department in achieving its goals and objectives. Performs all functions in a professional and courteous manner in line with Credit Union 1 culture and expectations.
