Location: Romeoville, IL

Pay: $21/hr (day shift) | $22.50/hr (night shift)

Shifts

• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

• Night shift: Rotating schedule, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced stand-up forklift operator to join a busy warehouse team in Romeoville, IL. This position is ideal for candidates with recent stand-up forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and performing occasional picking duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.

• Repeatedly get on and off the forklift throughout the shift.

• Perform pallet picking and other warehouse duties using an RF scanner.

• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience; Toyota experience preferred.

• Experience using RF scanners preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; most lifts average around 30 lbs.

• Reliable work history.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This 3PL warehouse supports manufacturing and packaging products, including:

• Coffee cups

• Clamshell containers

• Straws

• Plasticware

• Other food-service packaging materials

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe shoes required.

• Work shorts are permitted.

• No hoodies or inappropriate graphic T-shirts.

• Safety glasses and safety vests are provided on-site.
